In our Research and Development Department, we have a team of 25 engineers who constantly work with the latest technology and keep up with the latest breakthroughs in the industry in order to engineer new products. They are the key to offering our customers whatever our customers need.
In our Quality Control Department, we take special care to ensure quality in our products. Each member of our 25-person team in the department needs to undergo at least 3 months of training in order to properly identify defects in our products. Before distribution, each individual product undergoes a strict battery of tests called the OTC tests:
O – Oven Testing: This test is conducted by subjecting the product to a range of different temperatures and watching for any defects that may occur under heat and aging.
T – Total Analysis: This test is a series of physical tests on the product to determine the print quantity and maximum yield that can be gotten.
C – Compatibility Test: This test is to ascertain that the product is compatible with Original Equipment Manufacturer equipment and their alternatives.
